Shipping Your Order
Upon placing your order we will let you know if the item is in
stock and ready for immediate shipping. If your chosen merchandise
is not in stock or is a custom order then we will contact you with
an estimated time frame for completion and shipping. Most custom
orders can be finished and shipped within 4–5 weeks.
We ship USPS. For most items we use Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation service. The Post Office will then send you an email
letting you know the tracking number of the package. What a great
service!
We try to use recycled packaging materials for shipping…just
doing our part in whipping out environmental waste.
Confidentiality
Many internet services such as AOL, EarthLink, etc. allow clients
to create custom filters on their email, therefore making it impossible
for you to receive our email due to its adult nature. Please be
sure to check your junk mail and to add Orders@FantasiesInLeather.com
to your email address book.
Orders are usually shipped in USPS provided packaging or non-descript
boxes with a return address labeled “FIL”.
Your personal information is never shared with anyone! Once we
have confirmation that your order was delivered we delete all correspondence
and contact information from our computers unless you tell us otherwise.
We honor your confidentiality.
To Our International Customers
We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs
fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time
of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.
We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should
they occur, and Fantasies In Leather is not responsible for those
charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs
agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due
to customs fees incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot be held responsible for gross damages that happen during
shipping. (Such as if the package falls off the truck and gets run
over or if your neighbors dog grabs the box from your front porch
and chews it up.)
